Executives talk about the new franchises in ES
According to the realtor, Anderson Figueira, the place will be a huge street mall, and will feature several developments. Some of the negotiations are already being finalized for the works to take place. He claims that the contract with the owner of Havan, Luciano Hang, was signed on Tuesday (15th), and his store should occupy 15 m2.
According to William Carone, director of the Carone business group, during the construction of the wholesale, in Cariacica, 150 jobs will be generated at the peak of the works and another 200 when it starts operating.
He says that there is still the possibility of opening another Semper Tem store in Vitória (ES), more specifically in Jardim Camburi, which will need the same number of workers. Opportunities in Praia da Costa
As of July of this year, the new and current stores should open around 100 jobs at Shopping Praia da Costa, in Vila Velha, for positions such as salesman, cashier and stockist.
