The expectation is that two thousand jobs will be generated in the construction of the company's unit in the city of Vitória, which should start later this month.

The capixaba capital of Vitória (ES) is going to win a big development, Leroy is going to start the construction of its megastore, more precisely in the airport region, in Goiabeiras.
The license for carrying out the works was released by the city hall and according to the City Development Secretary, Márcio Passos, the works should start this month and two thousand direct and indirect jobs will be generated.

Leroy Merlin is a chain of construction, finishing, decoration and gardening material stores.
According to the secretary, preference for hiring will be for residents of Grande Goiabeiras, where the project will be built, but that a project of this magnitude is always beneficial for everyone.

“We are already in talks with the company to use the TrabalhoVix platform to hire labor. In addition to direct hiring, there will also be vacancies in outsourced companies and for service providers. For the economy of the Capital, an enterprise like this is extremely important because it generates jobs, income and taxes for the municipality”, he highlighted.

According to information from Leroy itself, 400 workers will be hired, 178 of them at the peak of the works and the opportunities will be for positions such as carpenter, mason, painter, among others.
