Dona Eneirti’s Journey Touched Dois Vizinhos by Showing How Dedication and Study Transformed Her Life and Opened the Way for An Unprecedented Approval

Dona Eneirti Vieira Ernesto’s journey gained prominence in Dois Vizinhos because her approval in a public contest at 59 years old caught the community’s attention. The call was made on May 15 of last year, marking an important turning point in her personal history.

The Family’s Mobilization

Enthusiasm took over social media. Her son, Renato Ernesto, posted an emotional message.

He celebrated his mother’s achievement and recalled that she dedicated many years to her children, husband, and grandchildren. It was a public recognition that reinforced the family’s pride.

A Turning Point Built Gradually

The new chapter didn’t occur by chance. In 2014, Dona Eneirti returned to her studies after nearly three decades away from the classroom. The first step was at Ceebja, where she completed elementary school.
This advancement was decisive.

From Enem to Diploma

Shortly after, she used the Enem to complete high school. The pace remained steady because she wanted to transform her future.

In 2015, she received a full scholarship to pursue Business Administration at Unisep University Center. She was approved and graduated.

Dona Eneirti’s Continuous Overcoming

This series of results consolidated her confidence. It was another step in a journey marked by dedication and firm choices. The effort drew attention from those who followed closely.

The Entry into Public Service

After being approved for the position of administrative agent, she underwent the required medical exams. After that, she took up her new position at the Prefeitura de Dois Vizinhos.

Official Recognition

On that occasion, Mayor Carlinhos Turatto congratulated the new server because her journey represents determination and persistence.

For him, Dona Eneirti proves that age does not prevent new goals. The message reinforced the case’s impact.

An Example for the City

The story became an inspiration for residents. Furthermore, it reignited discussions about study, opportunity, and courage. It is a simple yet strong reminder: it is always possible to start over.

Former Eletrobras employee, Ricardo Cunha decided to change the course of his own life after leaving the state-owned company in 2013. He realized he needed to supplement his income because he no longer saw himself returning to the traditional job market. Therefore, he began to envision a future in public service and sought ways to prepare.

The engineer immersed himself in online classes and preparatory courses. The intense routine took over the last seven years but brought a result that surprised him.

At 67, he achieved first place for foreign trade analyst at the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, in the Unified National Public Contest, known as the Enem of Public Contests.

The Move to Brasília

From Rio, Cunha is already preparing to begin a new phase. He will move to Brasília, where he is expected to stay for the next seven years.

This is the maximum period until he needs to retire again, according to civil service rules.

He hopes to make the most of the time to bond with new colleagues, seeing this as an opportunity to recover professional ties.

He recalls that he entered Eletrobras in 1985, before the requirement of a public contest. He spent three decades at the state-owned company, an experience that marked his journey.

A Long Journey to the Approval of the Former Engineer

To achieve his current result, he followed a path similar to many other candidates. In 2018, he started studying by watching videos online.

Two years later, he signed up for a preparatory course, believing that structured support would make a difference.

He tried for positions in agencies such as the Court of Auditors and the Federal Comptroller General. He was unsuccessful during those attempts. Nevertheless, he continued to persist.

Doubts, Persistence, and Study Routine

The engineer admits that, at various times, he thought about giving up because the competition seemed too great. Still, he remained focused.

For the CNU, he dedicated about four hours a day to distance learning classes. This time varied according to his motivation, but he tried to maintain consistency to keep the rhythm.

The Result That Renewed His Enthusiasm

The approval brought more than financial stability. Cunha will receive just over R$ 20.9 thousand, in addition to feeling that he has recovered his enthusiasm for working again.

Parabéns. Merece muitos aplausos.
