The digital bank Nubank announced the opening of positions for business analysts. The company’s focus is to provide these positions for black people, and no experience in the field is required to apply. In addition, the first 5 thousand candidates will receive free business technical training. To apply for the positions, it is necessary to identify as black, have basic business knowledge, analytical skills, and finally, be at the beginning of their career.

According to the magazine Exame, Nubank currently has 5,400 employees, with 33% of the team being black employees. Nubank made available about 1,200 openings for black people in 2021 and estimates that by 2025 it will have provided at least 2,000 positions for black people.
How The Training Program Will Work
In order for candidates to prepare for the selection process, Nubank will offer an online training program that is completely free for the first 5 thousand candidates for the positions. This course will take place from February 22 to March 29 and will consist of four modules, which are:

The Selection Process
To participate in the selection process, it is necessary to register at this link. Registrations will be open until February 15.
The first stage of Nubank’s selection process for black candidates will be online tests, which will take place from March 14 to March 20. Starting March 22, candidates will be called for interviews, which will occur between March 30 and April 12. From April 18 to April 20, feedback on candidates’ performance in the process will be sent so that approved candidates can start working at Nubank from May 9.
