Sergipe should continue investing in the Oil and Gas sector
According to José Augusto Carvalho, Secretary of State for Economic Development, Science and Technology, gaining international prominence is a confirmation of the competence of the management of operations in the SE-AL Basin, bringing great expectations to Sergipe and an incentive to continue investing in the Oil and Gas. With offshore operations, the recognition of the state in the market grows even more, making more and more investors look to Brazil in general.
“Recognition of this type, presented by a renowned company with international impact, makes the eyes of the whole world turn to Sergipe, elevating the state to the position of an important world player. It is a contribution in visibility that, in the medium term, should also become an economic contribution, generating investments for the state that must come from inside and outside Brazil. The Government of Sergipe has been creating, through policies and dialogues, all the conditions for these expectations to come true”, says the secretary.
