The decision of the Brazilian court forced Microsoft to recover the Xbox account of a Brazilian player after a digital invasion.

If the determination is not fulfilled, the company must pay a daily fine of R$ 150, limited to a total of R$ 1,500.

In addition, the judge established a compensation of R$ 2,000 for moral damages for the inconveniences faced by the consumer.
