The renewable energy agreement with Casa dos Ventos will provide electricity starting in the third quarter of 2023, replacing part of the energy used by Valgroup, which comes from unsustainable sources.
Valgroup’s mission is to gradually expand this percentage, according to the statement. The clean energy generated will come from the Babilônia Sul Wind Complex, which is still under development by Casa dos Ventos in Bahia and will have an installed capacity of 360 MW.
