Cielo Is Offering 15 Jobs for PCD in Its Trainee Program. The Positions Are Targeted for the Commercial Sales Sector, Specifically the Business Consultant Role, the Opportunities Are Available in 30 Cities in Brazil

On last Monday (25), Cielo opened registrations for its PCD Trainee Program, with positions available for professionals with no experience. In total, 15 openings are being offered in the trainee program with the purpose of forming new roles for professionals in the area of general career development in the commercial and sales sector in 30 cities in Brazil.

Candidates for the company’s trainee program can choose to work in 30 different cities, where they need to reside or have easy access to participate in the selection process. The positions made available by the company for PCD are aimed at Business Consultant. As a way to contribute to greater inclusion in the job market, Cielo removed the requirement for candidates to have a driver’s license or a car.

According to Paulo Naliato, the company’s commercial vice president, the program was developed respecting accessibility parameters for the PCD audience. Paulo highlights that Brazil is diverse, and the company recognizes the importance of this factor for strengthening the country and the company.

Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process

The company emphasized that candidates for the Trainee program do not need to have a higher education degree or even experience in sales. Thus, the program is aimed at recent graduates and even students. Candidates must provide proof of disability through a medical report. It is also important to remember that registrations will last until November 7.

The trainee program for PCD will last 90 days, during which the approved candidates will receive support from the Recruitment and Selection team, Development and Diversity, and senior-level professional mentoring during the training period.
