Cielo is offering 15 vacancies for PcD in its Trainee program. Vacancies are intended for the commercial sales sector, specifically the position of Business Consultant, opportunities are available in 30 cities in Brazil

Last Monday (25), Cielo opened enrollment for its PcD Trainee program, with vacancies for professionals with no experience. In total, 15 vacancies are being offered in the trainee program with the purpose of forming new positions for professionals in the area of ​​general career development in the commercial and sales area in 30 cities in Brazil.

More than 15 vacancies for PwD with no experience available at Cielo

Candidates for vacancies in the company's trainee program will be able to choose to work in 30 different cities, where they need to reside or have easy access to participate in the selection process. The vacancies made available by the company for PwD are aimed at Business Consultant. As a way to help the public achieve greater insertion in the job market, Cielo removed the obligation for candidates to have a driver's license or a car.

According to Paulo Naliato, the company's commercial vice-president, the program was developed respecting accessibility parameters for the PwD public. Paulo points out that Brazil is diverse and the company recognizes the importance of this factor for strengthening the country and the company.

Cielo is looking for professionals with a focus on the client, a lot of energy, passionate and curious about working in the commercial sector and willing to participate in this historic moment of the company's digital transformation.

Requirements to participate in the selection process

The company pointed out that candidates for the Trainee program do not need to have higher education or even sales experience. Therefore, the program is aimed at recent graduates and even students. Applicants must provide proof of disability through a medical certificate. It is also important to remember that registration will last until November 7th.

The trainee program for PwD will last 90 days, a period in which those approved will undergo support from the Attraction and Selection, Development and Diversity team and professional mentoring at a senior level during the training period. Signing up is simple, just access the company's vacancies website, where the candidate will be able to find all available vacancies.
