This award reflects the company's commitment to leading digital transformation, incorporating advanced technologies such as Comgás 4.0, generative AI and Digital Twin.

In 2024, a search by Valor Econômico in conjunction with Strategy&, a PwC strategic consultancy, to evaluate the innovation practices of Brazilian companies in various economic sectors. A data collect customer consumption in real time, implemented by Comgás through remote measurement, is a notable example of innovation that is directly driving advancement in the natural gas sector. Such innovation practice demonstrates how the modernization of operations can be achieved through tech.

In large industries, the telemetry has already been implemented, using volume parameters, temperature and pressure to calculate gas bills. Currently, Comgás is expanding these modern technologies to the commercial and residential sectors. A Comgás Experience, current innovation platform from Comgás, has been facilitating the automation of the operational stages of sales, logistics processes, installations and payments, resulting in greater agility and personalization for customers.
