Excellent job vacancies were announced by the human resources sector of the company Constellation Oil Services. The vacancies are for experienced professionals who are available to work in offshore activities in Rio de Janeiro and Rio das Ostras. Last week, the Dutch company SBM Offshore, was chosen as the winner of the public auction for equity participation in five FPSOs owned by Constellation in entities related to the City of Paraty (20%), City of Ilhabela (12,75%), City of Marica ( 5%), Cidade de Saquarema (5%) and FPSOs Capixaba (20%).

At the beginning of the month, Constellation announced that its drillship Laguna Star started operations for Petrobras. Soon, the Gold Star, Lone Star and Alpha Star submersibles will also join the Laguna Star in the fleet of units that will provide services to the state-owned company.

The start-up of the Laguna Star drillship was scheduled for mid-October and according to Bassoe Analytics, the daily rate on the contract is around $155.000.

The 6th generation drillship was designed to operate in water depths of up to 10.000 feet, typical of the pre-salt layer, with a drilling depth capacity of up to 40.000 feet and will be deployed in Petrobras' block BM-S-11 in Santos Basin.

The rig was under contract with Enauta – formerly known as QGEP – in the Atlanta field, also in the Santos basin.

  • Solid experience in managing offshore drilling, strategic orientation, ability to manage people and material resources, focus on results, good relationships, ethics and integrity.

MACHINERY SAILOR

Requirements

    • Complete High School
    • Proven work experience.
    • Machine Sailor Certification
    • STCW - Rule III/5

1st ENGINEER OFFICER

Requirements

  • Higher Education of the Navy
  • Proven work experience
  • 1st Machinery Officer Certification
  • STCW III/2
