End of the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight
According to information from the portal ‘Carros.IG’, the Chevrolet Tracker has entered the 2025 lineup, with no major changes to its appearance. Additionally, the prices will be quite similar to what it came with in its 2024 version, not causing much difference for Brazilians. Even coming in 2nd place as the most sold Chevrolet SUV in the last month of April, GM decided to announce the end of the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight.
The Chevrolet SUV hit the market in 2018, and just 6 years later it will be discontinued. Therefore, the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight will have the AT, LT, LTZ, RS, and Premier versions. What Was the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight Like?

The end of the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight is a significant loss for many Brazilians. Although it was not a limited edition, the Chevrolet SUV followed a formula that was already well-known within the brand, used in other models like S10, Onix Plus, and Cruze. It featured logos, front grille, wheels, side mirrors, and bumper appliqués in black, along with a black mask on the headlights.
Inside, the dark color was still present in the black seats with gray stitching and in the straight-base leather-wrapped steering wheel. Additionally, there were glossy black accents in some areas, such as around the steering wheel controls and the automatic transmission lever. Everything was quite subtle, unlike the red details in the RS version, which worked well and attracted some customers.
Positioned between the LT and LTZ versions, the Tracker Midnight brought the same equipment as the LT version, including six airbags, air conditioning, rearview camera, 8-inch multimedia center with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wireless, cruise control, stability and traction controls, keyless entry with push-button start, and a steering wheel with height and depth adjustment.
Chevrolet Tracker Midnight Delivered 116 Hp of Power
By positioning, the Chevrolet SUV is still in the range of the model that uses the 1.0 turbo three-cylinder engine – the 1.2 turbo only appears from the RS configuration, at R$ 163,820. It delivers 116 hp at 5,500 rpm and 16.8 kgfm of torque starting at 2,000 rpm.
With the car empty and in the city, it delivers good performance; however, it lacked torque, which could be one of the reasons the brand ended the Chevrolet Tracker Midnight. The lack of torque occurred when the engine was below 2,000 RPM, a consequence of turbo lag and being a heavier car than the Onix.
