Petrobras Informed The Market On Friday (4) That It Has Indeed Received Offers From 3R Petroleum And Eneva For The Ucuru Polo Port.
According to the market leader Petrobras, the proposals from 3R Petroleum and Eneva are currently under evaluation by the company, which will support its decision-making on the next steps of the divestment.

Regarding the values, Petrobras stated that it is close to the media estimates of US$ 1 billion and US$ 600 million. “Petrobras also informs that when analyzing the offers from 3R Petroleum and Eneva, it considers all value components and other conditions reflected in the proposals, including firm payments, contingent payments, and other relevant contractual conditions, so that the values disclosed in the media do not provide a sufficient basis to compare the received offers,” said the company.
Depending on the result of this evaluation of Eneva and 3R Petroleum, Petrobras may promote a new round of requests for binding proposals to all participants in the process, based on the Divestment System.

About The Urucu Polo Of Petrobras
The Urucu-Coari-Manaus gas pipeline from Petrobras began operations in 2009 and has the capacity to transport 5.5 million cubic meters/day. The pipeline connects the production units located in the Arara Polo in Urucu to the city of Manaus (AM). The length of this route is 663.2 km (Urucu – Manaus section), in addition to a total of 139.3 km in nine branches to Coari.
The natural gas transported in this pipeline reaches the Manauara, Tambaqui, Jaraqui, Aparecida, Mauá, Cristiano Rocha, and Ponta Negra power plants – Urucu-Coari-Manaus. It generates 760 MW of electric power.
