The slots for free courses, developed by the Reference Center for Educational Technologies and Distance Education (Cread), are available on the IFMS free courses platform.
Once enrolled, participants have access to content such as videos, slides, texts, games, activities, and assessments. At the end of the course, the student generates the certificate on the IFMS platform.
For the 2021 offering, the Basic Moodle for Educators course, aimed at professionals working in distance education and those interested in the subject, underwent a reformulation.
The director of Cread, Márcio Amorim, explains that this measure was adopted because the Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle of IFMS), where distance courses are offered and where students of in-person courses have been doing activities remotely since the beginning of the pandemic, will undergo an update.
