Claro, a Popular Telecommunications Operator, Announced the Opening of Applications for Its Selection Process. There Are Numerous Positions Available Without Experience in Its Internship Program 2023.

The Claro operator, one of the leading companies in the telecommunications sector in the country, announced the opening of applications for its Internship Program throughout the month of August. The Selection Process includes positions without experience for students seeking an opportunity for learning, growth, and professional development.

Requirements to Compete for the Experience-Free Positions in the Claro Operator Selection Process

Those interested in applying must meet specific requirements, such as being enrolled in higher education, with an expected graduation date between December 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, whether in a technology or bachelor’s degree.

It is also necessary to reside in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), São Paulo (SP), or Recife (PE), or be available to relocate.

Upon entering the experience-free positions at Claro, the student will undergo a journey that involves training, mentoring, and the chance to experience firsthand the significant challenges and achievements of one of the leaders in the telecommunications sector.

Onboarding Period

From the beginning, those approved in the program will have the opportunity to participate in an onboarding period.

This period offers a variety of training covering essential business aspects, as well as the development of core skills for a successful career.

Interns will have access to the exclusive Training Hub and the chance to participate in a Mentoring Program, which will last for 6 months. Those who are approved in the selection process will receive a benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive Health Plan, including for dependents;
  • Life Insurance;
  • Meal Voucher;
  • Scholarship in the amount of R$ 2,000.00.
  • Dental Plan;
  • Transportation Voucher;
  • Employee Combo, with a 30% discount on TV, Landline and Mobile Phone services, and Fixed and Mobile Internet.

How to Apply for the Experience-Free Positions in the Selection Process

The Claro Internship Program offers positions without experience in various areas, all focused on Administration, Technology, and Innovation. There are opportunities in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Market Intelligence, Communication, Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, Legal, Digital Solutions, Employer Branding, and more.

Those interested must register on the Claro operator’s website by August 31st. The selection process will consist of an Online Path, sharing their story, and completing the Registration Form by August 31st.

Then, an online dynamic will take place, featuring a group challenge about Claro’s business, an interview with Claro, and after this journey, the list of approved candidates will be announced. The program is open to courses such as:
