São Luís City Hall Launches Selection Process With 500 Job Openings for Middle, Technical, and Higher Education Positions

City Hall of São Luís is Offering 500 Job Openings in Its Selection Process for All Education Levels. The Positions Are for Work in Vaccination Centers and Other Locations in the Health Sector.

The City Hall of São Luís, through the Municipal Health Secretariat (Semus), is offering several job openings in its simplified selection process with 500 opportunities for positions ranging from high school to higher education. The selection process aims to hire professionals to carry out activities in Vaccination Centers, Municipal Centers for Care of Flu Syndromes, and Covid-19 Reference Hospitals for an initial period of six months, with a possibility of extension.

City Hall of São Luís Opens Selection Process with 500 Job Openings

How to Apply for Job Openings

Applications can be made this Thursday (29) and Friday (30), and information about the selection process in São Luís can be found on the SEMUS website.

To apply for the City Hall’s selection process, candidates must present the following documents: Identity, Work Card or another equivalent document, CPF, Proof of Residence, Voter Registration, and Certificate of Electoral Compliance, along with a Declaration or Negative Certificate of Criminal Records issued by State and Federal Justice, Diploma and Certificate of Completion of Training Courses in the area, Proof of experience in the activities of the desired position.

For the City Hall job openings aimed at people with disabilities, a document proving the disability that is not incompatible with the desired activity will be required.

It is important to note that only experiences and courses that are relevant to the desired opportunity will be scored, and only certificates or declarations of work time that are on letterhead issued by public agencies or companies will be accepted, duly stamped and signed by the supervisor.

Stages of the São Luís City Hall Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

• Application
• Pre-selection of candidates based on scoring criteria
• Deadline for appeals and analysis of appeals
• Announcement of results
• Invitation of approved candidates

Candidates enrolled in the city hall’s selection process in São Luís will be evaluated and classified by the Simplified Selection Process Commission established within the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Luís. The final result of the process will be announced on the Municipal Health Secretariat (Semus) website on the next August 13.
