Purchasing Assistant – Rio das Ostras, RJ
Education: Complete high school; English desirable; Responsible for assisting with material purchasing processes; Responsible for sending and confirming the purchase order with suppliers; Responsible for expediting purchase orders with national and international suppliers; Responsible for checking the registration of materials in the systems; Responsible for issuing purchase requests to serve the sector.

Main activities: Ensuring compliance with the Conditions of the Base Operating License, analyzing them and preparing an action plan, aiming to demonstrate compliance with each one of them;
Ensure that the environmental legal requirements applicable to the Probes and Base are met, checking in the company's legal requirement system if there are questions to be answered in the questionnaire and if there are requirements to be met; Ensuring compliance with the Conditions of the Rig Operating License, meeting customer requests.
