Applications Are Open for the 2022 CPFL Energia Internship Program for Technical Students and Positions for Different Academic Backgrounds

Students who are seeking an internship position, know that this is the right time! The vacancies listed below are being offered only in two states in Brazil and cover only a few municipalities. Therefore, if any of them is located where you reside, it could be your chance to enter an Internship Program in 2022. CPFL Energia is considered one of the largest groups in the electricity sector in the country.

By participating in the selection process and having the chance to work for a large national company, you will elevate your resume. This private group operates in 12 of the 26 Brazilian states, trading, distributing, and transmitting energy to the population.

What once seemed like a dream (entering the job market through internship links) became a nightmare with the arrival of the pandemic. With this in mind, the private energy group constantly seeks to promote the exchange of knowledge between the company and students.

Internship Positions for the State of São Paulo

Just like other selection processes, this one is no different in terms of the need for students to meet the prerequisites of the advertised positions. Additionally, you should pay close attention to the municipalities that have been included in this program, checking if it is your area or close to you.

Municipalities with Open Positions

Among the 10 cities in the state of São Paulo, only 9 have a greater availability of categories, namely: Bauru, Campinas, Itapetininga, Jundiaí, Pirajú, Ribeirão Preto, Santos, São José do Rio Pardo, and Sorocaba.

In these municipalities, the program requires that candidates have, as technical training, only one of the following courses: Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, and Telecommunications. Campinas is the only city that offers, in addition to these courses, a position for the 2022 Internship Program in the area of Occupational Safety.

Internship Positions for the CPFL Program in RS

Students pursuing a technical education in Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, and Telecommunications who are looking for an internship position, know that 2022 could be your year to secure that dream internship. However, before anything else, check if the city you reside in has been included.

Cities with Open Positions

If you are a technical course student and live in Caxias do Sul, Passo Fundo, Santa Maria, or São Leopoldo, you might have the chance to work with one of the most reputable companies in Brazil, CPFL Energia. However, for those residing in São Leopoldo, there is also the possibility of competing for one of the positions through the technical course in Occupational Safety. Among the beneficiary cities, it has this differential.

What Are the Prerequisites to Secure a Position?

Well, it’s not just residing in the city where there are openings for the Internship Program that ensures you will succeed. For that, the candidate must possess some qualifications that demonstrate that the company will benefit from having you as an intern. Thus, the prerequisites are:

Be enrolled (active) in an educational institution and pursuing a technical course in 2022;
Have availability of 20, 24, or 30 hours per week to work;
Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).

Therefore, regardless of the city or state where the internship position is being offered, the prerequisites will be the same. If you meet both conditions, namely, being within the prerequisites and living in one of the aforementioned municipalities, you need to know that:

Applications began on 08/02/21 and will last until 09/02/2021;
The online tests will be conducted still in August;
Group dynamics in September and October, via video interviews;
During October to November, interviews with the manager;
The admission process will take place in November.
