Provide solutions in Fleet (Light and Heavy) and Equipment (Hydraulic) for operational areas, aiming for an ideal model for productivity and reductions in operational costs;
Develop technical specifications for Fleet (Light and Heavy) and Equipment (Hydraulic) aiming for the best application to the operational/business field activities;
Interface between the Fleet and Supplier Qualification areas to build strategies for the acquisition of Fleet and Equipment;
Develop suppliers of implements/equipment for operation, as well as perform technical evaluation of proposals and projects from Fleet and Equipment suppliers; among others.
Focused on projects in the Electric Energy Transmission Area (Lines and Substations), will conduct, plan, control, and integrate the processes, procedures, and tools of the project management office (PMO) structure, so that project objectives are achieved according to defined indicators.
Define the PMO processes that will be used to achieve the project’s management objectives.
Concur on the project’s needs and expectations, transforming needs into deliveries, and consequently, defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and necessary tests for scope approval; among others.
Integrated Planning Specialist (S&OP)
Standardize/create medium and long-term demand processes; Design cost impact assessments in the planning and logistics chain with a long-term view; Monitor the budget for the execution of construction works for the group’s energy distributors; Support the contracts area with future deviations in demand; Propose improvements in material planning and scheduling processes; Ensure the service level of materials; Implement and propose improvements in the company’s inventory.
Support in monitoring anomalies that impact COI activities; Support in the development of operation and maintenance documents; Support to the management of the wind generation operation in monitoring availability, generation, and SLA indicators; Support to the management of the hydropower generation operation in monitoring availability, generation, and SLA indicators; Support in the preparation of one-line diagrams and equipment manuals for Hydroelectric, Wind, Solar, and Bio Plants.
Develop Energy Efficiency Projects for CPFL clients – Prospect potential clients, analyze actions with the best energy gain, and implement projects; Support the management of Energy Efficiency Projects with great interaction with suppliers and other CPFL areas; Prepare reports with information on Energy Efficiency Projects for submission to Aneel – Verify Measurement and Verification methods, assess the gains from actions, and audit payments; Learn about the main energy efficiency technologies and actions (Solar FV, LED Lighting, Air Conditioning, electric motors, etc.).
