Registrations Open Until 10/23 for Job Openings in Raízen’s Talent Program for Recently Graduated Trainees

The Raízen trainee program is designed to boost your career towards the top. Selected trainees will develop impactful projects, with guidance from leadership and mentors who closely monitor growth from the start. The openings are aimed at professionals with up to two years since graduation.

Who Can Apply?

• Professionals from all locations with undergraduate degrees from any course, between January 2019 and December 2020.
• It’s important to have availability for relocation and travel. (Most positions will be in São Paulo or the interior of SP, but there are also positions outside of the state of São Paulo).
• English is not a mandatory prerequisite.

Raízen Selection Process

The Raízen trainee selection process is 100% online, conducted in partnership with the EURECA consultancy. It will last until December 2020, with hiring expected for January 2021.

The stages include: APPLICATION ON THE WEBSITE; TESTS; ONLINE BUSINESS CASE; BUSINESS PANEL; INTERVIEW WITH DIRECTORS; VPS PANEL* (Depending on the pandemic situation, it may be in person)
