Santander Scholarships Are Full and for Women, One of the Programs Online and the Other a One-Week Exchange in London

Globally recognized as one of the largest and most renowned scholarship programs aimed at international students, Becas Santander periodically opens opportunities for Brazilian students who are in undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, post-doctoral, PhD, and other medium or short-term courses, both in-person and online. Now, the vacancies are exclusively for women.

The scholarship opportunities are divided into two distinct programs: the W50 Leadership 2022, which includes a one-week exchange in the city of London, England, and the Emerging Leaders 2022, which offers an online training lasting only 7 weeks.

In both scholarship modalities, all women wishing to participate must reside in one of the following 13 countries: Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, USA, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Poland, Uruguay, Peru, and the United Kingdom.

In the original news by Mariane Roccelo, produced for the Exame website, the scholarships for women from the Becas Santander project with open registrations were grouped. Check below all the opportunities, following the order of the registration deadline.

Exchange Program in London: Santander Women – W50 Leadership 2022

This scholarship program for women from Santander has recently opened registrations for the 12th edition of the W50 Leadership 2022 project, which promotes intense training for women in high management positions in companies across all sectors.

In total, there are 50 spots available for the exchange program to the city of London, focused on developing leadership skills. This program modality lasts only one week and includes interactive lectures, individual coaching, and promotes immersive discussions and dialogues.

The scholarships in question not only cover costs related to training but also accommodation in London during the classes. To be one of the participating women, it is essential to prove English proficiency corresponding to level C1 or higher.

Online: Santander Women – Emerging Leaders 2022

This second scholarship program from Santander exclusively aimed at women that also has open registrations is the Emerging Leaders 2022. It lasts just over 2 months (seven weeks) and there are no in-person classes; it is completely online. This year, 125 spots will be offered for women in management roles who aim to advance in their careers.

The asynchronous classes of Santander are divided into 7 modules, one for each week of the course, to be released gradually. They will cover enhancing negotiation techniques on fundamental concepts of leadership, strategies, tactics, principles, and new trends. To be one of the participating women, it is essential to prove English proficiency corresponding to level C1 or higher.
