Santander Universities, in partnership with Cursos Edgar Abreu, is offering thousands of scholarships for anyone who wishes to enter the financial market.
The financial market seeks workers who have certification, and obtaining it requires significant investment in time and money. With this in mind, Santander Universities announced on Tuesday (24) the opening of thousands of scholarships for preparation for the main certifications in the country. In total, there are 6,000 scholarships with free classes resulting from a partnership between Santander and Cursos Edgar Abreu.
Scholarships Offered by the Santander Universities Program
The partnership with Cursos Edgar Abreu aims to provide opportunities in preparatory courses for CPA-20, with about 4,200 scholarships, and CEA, with approximately 1,800 scholarships. These are the most sought-after certifications in the investment market granted by the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA).
It is important to emphasize that the courses have a total cost of R$ 1,436 and the certification R$ 1,286, both of which will be fully funded by Santander, Cursos Edgar Abreu, and ANBIMA.

It is important to note that during the preparatory course, participants will learn more about the main contents covered in the exams, and after completion, Cursos Edgar Abreu will administer a test.
How to Apply for Santander Universities Scholarships?
The 1,650 scholars who achieve the best performance can take the official CPA-20 exam, which will be conducted by ANBIMA, with all costs fully covered by Santander. For the CEA, registrations will also be free for the top 350 candidates.
Students will have lifetime access to the course and will have about 2 months to take the exam, which will cover topics such as equities, derivatives, investment funds, fixed income, and basic principles of economics and finance.
According to the executive superintendent of Santander Universities in Brazil, Nicolás Vergara, the scholarships represent a great opportunity for candidates to enter the investment sector for free. This sector continues to expand and increasingly requires professionals with specific certifications in the market.
