Internship Law

Law 11.788, of 2008, was enacted with the mission of regulating the relationship between the intern and the company, as well as addressing other issues related to the professional internship regime.

The internship consists of an educational-professional relationship that allows students from high school, technical, and higher education institutions to practice what is taught theoretically in the classroom. Therefore, the internship is a very effective form of education, aimed at students who seek to develop behavioral and technical skills for their future careers.
