The job vacancies offered by Solar Coca-Cola aim to increase the number of women working within the beverage industry, in the Northeast of the country

Solar Coca-Cola, the second largest manufacturer of the Coca-Cola Agroindustrial System in the country, is offering more than 150 exclusive vacancies for women in three states in the Northeast, namely Alagoas, Bahia and Sergipe. The opportunities offered by Coca-Cola are part of a new project, the #EuIncluo movement, created by the company with the aim of increasingly encouraging the increase in the number of women working in various areas within the beverage sector.

Job vacancies are available for all levels of knowledge of women, so they will occupy positions such as Human Resources Coordinator, Marketing Analyst, Sales Promoter, Occupational Safety Engineer, Valet, Delivery Driver, Delivery Assistant, among others. other vacancies.

Positions considered traditionally male are also open to females, such as: driver, dispatch assistant, forklift operator and many others.

Coca-Cola in favor of gender diversity within the agribusiness

In recent years, Solar Coca-Cola has made efforts to develop numerous actions that help encourage and expand gender diversity within the company and serve as an example for other companies to do the same.

Mainly in the Northeast, there is a shortage of women working in areas considered “for men”, so Coca-Cola believes it can help change this scenario.

For this to happen, in addition to providing job vacancies, among other exclusive opportunities for women, Solar Coca-Cola is also making partnerships possible that will make it possible to immediately qualify these professionals and invest in actions that promise to give full support to its collaborators, such as, for example, increasing maternity leave to 180 days, adding Pregnancy Monitoring programs to the company, reserving rooms so that women can breastfeed in privacy, inside the manufacturing units, among other initiatives.  

The performance of women within the Coca-Cola company grew by 20%

After the development and application of projects aimed at the insertion of women in the industry, it is estimated that from December 2020 to July 2021, Solar Coca-Cola achieved a growth of approximately 16% of women who were working in the operational environment within of the company's units.

Currently, the company already has more than 20% of women occupying leadership positions at Solar Coca-Cola. Within the corporate area, approximately 58% of the employees are women, actively working. Still within the corporate area, around 45% of leadership is also female.
