According to JHSF, the project is more than just a simple revitalization. Marginal Pinheiros, famous for its heavy traffic, has gained a new road system, enhancing mobility in the area.
With a private investment of R$ 25 million, the construction of the new road system aims to improve vehicle flow, ensure driver safety, and offer a new, more sustainable urban landscape thanks to the planting of trees between the roads, which, in addition to contributing to the environment, aids in rainwater drainage, preventing flooding.
The São Paulo Plant project is located in a strategic area of 30,000 m², near Shopping Cidade Jardim, providing easy access to different regions of the city.
Beyond mobility, the project promises a new relationship between citizens and urban space, with the construction of an innovative event space, Casa Fasano, and various leisure options, such as restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
São Paulo Plant: A New Concept of Urban Development
The São Paulo Plant is not just a road project. The initiative integrates mobility, innovation, and sustainability in a unprecedented way.
According to Thiago Nagib, CEO of São Paulo Plant, the first phase, which received an investment of R$ 35 million, is already transforming the city’s landscape.
“We are very pleased with the result of this first stage and excited about what is yet to come. This is a project that brings new opportunities to São Paulo, both in infrastructure and urban development”, Nagib highlighted.
This first phase included the inauguration of the road system and the construction of a parking lot for 250 vehicles, ensuring greater convenience for visitors.
But this is just the beginning. The second phase, expected to be completed in the second half of 2025, promises to be even more impressive.
The project plans to modernize the São Paulo Plant building, including the creation of new gastronomic and cultural spaces and a rooftop with a 360º viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the city.

One of the great differentiators of the São Paulo Plant is its commitment to sustainability. The project aligns with the most modern urbanism concepts, always seeking to minimize environmental impact and promote the integration of urban space with nature.

In addition to the new tree planting area, the road system was planned to provide a more pleasant environment for drivers and pedestrians, improving water drainage and minimizing the effects of the heavy rains that often cause disruptions in the city.
