About the online course
The free online English course is part of a partnership between the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).
The free English course offered by the IsF Program is My English Online (MEO), developed by Cengage Learning and National Geographic, for students, teachers and civil servants from institutions registered in the Languages without Borders program.
The program was created with the aim of promoting actions in favor of a language policy aimed at the internationalization of Brazilian Higher Education.

At MEO, the user will have access to interactive books, graded readings (National Geographic), grammar exercises (with immediate correction), dictionaries, activities for oral practice and follow-up tests. In addition, the materials can be printed for later practice, without the need to consult the computer.

Students, professors and employees of institutions registered in the Languages without Borders program can participate in the free online English course. But for that, first you need click here to check if your institution is among the 140 accredited institutions in Brazil.
