Voltalia CEO Discusses Opportunities in Bahia
According to Voltalia’s CEO in Brazil, Robert Klein, the company works seriously to fulfill its mission of making the global work environment better by promoting local development.
The executive believes it is necessary to join forces, like the partnership with Senai, and always think about the future. The courses aim not only to provide professional qualification to local residents for the company’s future projects but also for the entire job market.
Klein states that the company aims to leave this legacy since with each passing day, the certainty that these types of actions contribute to local development increases. It is worth noting that the partnership with Senai is not the first action by Voltalia aimed at providing professional qualification in the Brazilian market. Recently, the company developed a scholarship incentive program for undergraduate students from Areia Branca and Serra do Mel, alongside Ufersa and UERN, both in Rio Grande do Norte.
In addition to this, free courses for Photovoltaic System Assemblers were also opened in Serra do Mel, RN. The company, besides contributing to the local development of the regions where it operates, also develops socio-environmental programs and environmental preservation initiatives in these areas.
