Votorantim's internship vacancies are distributed in eight Brazilian municipalities and are intended exclusively for women students of technical courses

Votorantim is accepting applications for the third edition of the Technical Internship Program for Women. The selection process seeks students to work at the Votorantim Cimentos factories located in the cities of Cajamar (SP), Cantagalo (RJ), Cuiabá (MT), Nobres (MT), Rio Branco do Sul (PR), Sobradinho (DF), Vidal Ramos (SC), and Votorantim (SP).

Applications for internship vacancies will be open until May 6, 2022 and are intended for women students of technical courses automation, electrical, electrotechnical, mechanical, mining, chemical, safety, work safety, among others.

The Technical Internship Program for Women is an opportunity for professional development for students. The initiative also reflects Votorantim's commitment to gender equity. The company aims to reach 30% of women in leadership positions in Brazil by 2030. Last year, Votorantim recorded a 12,6% growth in the total number of women in the general staff, with 23,5% of them occupy leadership positions.

Votorantim's Global Manager of Organizational Development, Tathiana Soto, says that in this third edition of the Technical Internship Program for Women, Votorantim continues with the objective of increasing the number of female professionals working in the company's operations. “We understand that training women to work in our industry is a way of promoting gender equity, in line with our Sustainability Commitments for 2030, and strengthening our way of being ethical and human, through diversity and inclusion ”, says Tathiana.

The Technical Internship Program for Women starts in July 2022 and will last for one year, with the possibility of extending for another year, depending on the selected graduation forecast.

• Technical Intern Administrative in Occupational Safety (Cuiabá/MT): Attending a technical level in Occupational Safety.
• Technical Trainee in Health, Safety and Environment (Cajamar/SP): Attending a technical level in Safety; Excel (desirable).
• Technical Trainee in Quality Control (Nobres/MT): Studying at a technical level in Chemistry; Physical-chemical technical skills; Good laboratory practices; Laboratory safety and 5S methodology.
• Technical Trainee in Electricity (Votorantim/SP): Attending a technical level in: Electricity or electrotechnics; Desirable knowledge in PLC.
• Electrical Technical Intern (Nobres/MT): Studying at a technical level in: Electrical, electrotechnical, automation, electromechanical; Creativity, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, commitment, resilience, argumentation power, influence and operational analysis, with autonomy.
• Technical Trainee in Maintenance (Cantagalo/RJ): Attending a technical level in: Mechanics, electrical or electrotechnics; Commitment, cooperation, proactiveness, learning agility.
• Technical Trainee in Maintenance (Vidal Ramos/SC): Attending a technical level in: Mechanics, automation, electrical, mechatronics, electromechanics; Office pack.
• Technical Trainee in Mining (Rio Branco do Sul/PR): Technical course in Mining; Basic informatics.
• Technical Intern in Maintenance Planning and Control (Nobres/MT): Studying at a technical level in: Electromechanics, mechanics, automation, electrotechnics, electrical; Creativity, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, commitment, resilience, argumentation power, influence and operational analysis, with autonomy.
• Technical Intern in Safety (Sobradinho/DF): Technical course in Occupational Safety.
