- Main atributions: Survey the engine performance by collecting data via the engine electronic system (ET); BOM query through Caterpillar's SIS-WEB system; Regulation of valves and injector units of all engines in the fleet; Monitor and assist with periodic maintenance of diesel engines (1st and 2nd Top End's and Complete Overhaul); Replacement of diesel engine pumps (Water, Oil); Preparation and organization of materials needed for maintenance; Execute pending issues raised in predictive analytics; Perform and assist in corrective maintenance and/or preventive overhauls of diesel engines (250h, 4000h, 6.000h and 8.000h); Read and interpret mechanical drawings of details and assembly for the correct assembly and failure analysis of components and equipment; Request coded materials and organize them in an appropriate place; Maintain order, organization and cleanliness, both at your post and in the sector and workplaces where you intervene, whether in the Workshop or on the Vessels.
