Good news for Ceará: the multinational Noxis Energy, controlled by Israeli capital, signed a pre-contract with the Pecém Industrial and Port Development Company (CIpp S/A) for the construction of an oil refinery that will initially have the capacity to produce 100,000 barrels daily.

With investments of USD 600 million, Noxis Energy also plans to build a similar refining unit in Sergipe, where the unit will be responsible for refining the input to produce marine fuel, oil intended for the supply of large ships, produced by vacuum distillation, with subsequent dilution.
