Dubai, known for its extravagant buildings, is about to add another architectural landmark to its impressive skyline with the Burj Binghatti. Described as the first “hypertower” in the world, this project promises to surpass in luxury and height even the iconic Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Binghatti, revealed in November 2022, is being developed as the epitome of luxury in Dubai, a city already famous for the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. This new project, however, seeks to raise the standards of luxury and exclusivity even higher, standing out as a symbol of innovation and sophistication.
The hypertower is the result of a collaboration between Bengali, a renowned real estate development company from the United Arab Emirates, and Jacob & Co, known for its high-end watches and jewelry. The partnership promises to create a residence that resembles the luxury products of Jacob & Co, in terms of design and exclusivity.
Financial Heart of Dubai
Located in the Business Bay area, the financial heart of Dubai, the Burj Binghatti promises to be a majestic column of luxury residences, including the highest apartment on the planet. Each apartment will be designed following the same aesthetic standards as the brand’s watches, ensuring a unique and exclusive living experience.
Despite all the glamour, the question remains: will there be enough demand for these luxury apartments? The tower has the potential to become a landmark and tourist attraction in Dubai, adding another chapter to the city’s history in creating structures that challenge the limits of architecture and luxury.
