Dubai, known for its extravagant buildings, is about to add another architectural landmark to its impressive skyline with the Burj Binghatti. Described as the world's first “hypertower”, this project promises to surpass even the iconic Burj Khalifa in luxury and height.

Apartments range from two to three bedrooms and are projected to cost around two million dollars each, with penthouses at the top of the tower having a considerably greater value.

The tower's design is inspired by Jacob & Co jewelry and watches, incorporating high jewelry elements into its architecture. O top of the tower will be adorned with a crown of jewels, symbolizing the union of residential luxury with the elegance of jewelry. Each apartment will be designed following the same aesthetic standards as the brand's watches, guaranteeing a unique and exclusive living experience.

Despite all the glamour, the question remains: will there be enough demand for these luxury apartments? The tower has the potential to become a landmark and tourist attraction in Dubai, adding another chapter to the city's history in create structures that challenge limits of architecture and luxury.

In this way, Burj Binghatti is a statement of opulence and innovation, with apartments that set new standards in luxury housing and an enviable location in Dubai, this hyper-tower has everything to become a landmark not just in the city, but in the world. whole.
