New Low-Cost Model From BYD Will Feature 74 Horsepower
In addition to being the cheapest model in BYD’s electric car lineup, the Seagull boasts features like a modern construction and a dedicated platform, uncommon technologies, and a good equipment package for the entry-level segment.
Being the newest addition to BYD’s Ocean series, which also includes the compact Dolphin hatchback and the mid-size Seal sedan, the Seagull is priced at only 78,800 yuan in China, equivalent to R$ 58 million, which likely explains the high number of orders in such a short time frame.
