American company turns Ford vehicle into electric car. The project indicates a trend for the coming years

A Californian company released images of its incredible project on the internet, which involves transforming a first-generation Ford Bronco into an electric car in just 24 hours. A EV Zero Labs has a platform that transforms gasoline or diesel powered cars into stylish electric vehicles. One project that drew attention was the transformation of a Ford that was over 50 years old into an elegant and very technological.

EV Zero Labs is a design, technology and engineering company headquartered in southern california. It chose to innovate in the market, adapting classic cars to electric vehicles, zeroing in on carbon emissions and keeping them moving for decades to come. A company uses a technique called “feedback,” which turns cars running on gasoline or diesel into energy-powered vehicles. See below the photo of the platform used by the company to transform any gas guzzler into a beautiful electric vehicle.

Market opportunity: What will be done with classic cars when gasoline powered vehicles are banned?

The technique is very welcome, because some countries are already setting deadlines to prohibit the circulation of vehicles powered by gasoline or diesel. The very state of California studies banning the circulation of these vehicles by 2035. Zero labs hopes to be on the market by helping to convert older vehicles into electric cars.

The company then took a rusty, abandoned 50-year-old Ford Broncos and converted it into an electric vehicle in just 24 hours. Of course, it's not a complete transformation in 24 hours, but you can understand part of the company's marketing to demonstrate the functionality of its platform.

The Ford Broncos electrification project required carbon fiber, with a unique Ford electrification platform Zero labs. The company highlighted that the vehicle was completely rusty and damaged. If common conversion technology were used, the project would last between 6 months and a year, but it only took 24 hours using the company's technology. See images below of the finished project.

The company points out that even with the billions invested in electric vehicles, the companies, together, will only be able to deliver 7,9 million vehicles by 2025, that is, the number is much lower than the market demands. ”While billions will be invested in innovative clean energy technologies 10, 20 or even 50 years from now, the projected total volume for new and legacy manufacturers in 2025 is 7,9 million”, highlights the company.

Zero Labs has made its EV conversion platform simple and upgradable. That is, as EV technology evolves, cars will continue to be updated. Not to mention that older batteries will be recycled, all with a view to less impact on the environment.
