The Job Openings Provided By The GLP Group Until The End Of This Year In Guarulhos Will Be Distributed In Various Areas Of Retail
The first phase of a new distribution center for the GLP group will be inaugurated soon in Guarulhos. The GLP group promised to generate around 3,000 jobs in Guarulhos, and the job openings are for the two major retail distribution centers, Magazine Luiza and Mercado Livre. It is expected that the job openings will be filled and confirmed by the end of this year. When everything is ready, there will be about 8,000 new job positions in the entrepreneurial area, located on Orlanda Bérgamo Avenue, in the Cidade Industrial Satélite, in the Cumbica region.

Mayor Guti reported that in the current moment of economic recovery, it is essential to announce that there will be a new means of job generation in Guarulhos.

The mayor considers it important that the population of Guarulhos always has access to new job opportunities in the city so that they do not have to go far to seek work, leaving their homes and families to “venture” without knowing what may happen far from their hometown.

During the meeting with Cleber, Mayor Guti also made it clear that he would make available the structure of the Municipal Department of Labor, which can assist the population in offering resumes to be filled out or even tips on how to create a resume, ensuring everyone has the same opportunity to compete for all the job openings that will be made available by the future distribution center that is consolidating in the city.
Guti also considered creating some training courses entirely focused on entrepreneurial areas, specifically for those who have no idea about what these new ventures entail in the city. The opportunity, according to the mayor, needs to be for everyone in the city.
