Honda Bros 160 2025 news and prices

The iconic Honda bros 160, affectionately nicknamed “rural CG”, evolves for the 2025 line with a series of updates that promise to please both fans of the bike and new consumers. With prices starting from R$20.490, the new Bros 160 now features ABS brakes, LED headlights and flashlights, as well as a dashboard inspired by the Tornado, with more information and practicality. The improvements reinforce Honda's commitment to offering an even safer and more comfortable riding experience, according to motociclismoonline.

Honda spared no effort when reformulating the Bros 160 for the 2025 line. The motorcycle, known for its robustness and versatility, now has two versions: the Bros 160 CBS, with a suggested price of R$20.490, available in black and red; and the Bros 160 ABS, which costs R$21.390, in gray and red. Both models are designed to offer the best possible experience in the most diverse terrain conditions, reinforcing Bros' reputation as the “rural CG” of Brazilian motorcyclists.

Technological innovations: safety and comfort

Among the main updates of the Honda Bros 160 2025, the new ABS brakes, available at ABS version. The one-channel system acts only on the front disc, providing greater safety, while the CBS version maintains the combined braking system, distributing braking force between the two wheels. These improvements are accompanied by a new LED headlight and flashlight, which ensure better visibility while riding, especially in low light conditions.

Another highlight is the new digital dashboard, inspired by the Honda Tornado. It brings up a blackout screen with information such as gear indicator, average consumption, speedometer, and much more. This update takes the Bros 160 to a new level of modernity, without leaving aside the practicality and durability that have always marked the model.

Performance: flex engine and reduced emissions

The Honda Bros 160 2025 engine maintains its characteristics that please it so much: a 162,7 cm³ single-cylinder, air-cooled, with FlexOne technology. With the update to the 2025 line, the Bros 160 adapts to the Promot5, with a reduction in emissions rates. The engine now delivers 14,3 hp of power and 1,45 kgf.m of torque when fueled with ethanol, ensuring robust performance both in the city and in the countryside.

Furthermore, Honda made a modification to the fuel filter, which is now separate from the pump, reducing maintenance costs – a detail that may go unnoticed, but makes a big difference in the owners' daily lives.

Visual and comfort: details that make the difference

Aesthetically, the Honda Bros 160 2025 received an upgrade that brings it closer to its bigger sisters, such as the Sahara and Tornado. The new set of LED headlights and taillights, along with the redesigned fairing, gives the bike a more modern and aggressive look. The front suspension has been recalibrated and now features 33 mm tubes, offering smoother riding on uneven terrain.

A practical novelty is the inclusion of a USB-C port, positioned below the dashboard, allowing the pilot to charge their mobile devices while on the move – a real “lifesaver” these days.
