Honda CB190X: The New Adventure Crossover From The Brand, With Striking Design And Efficient Performance For The Asphalt!

The Honda CB190X 2024 has arrived with an eye-catching design and a unique proposal in the crossover motorcycle market. Although the CB190X is a “sibling” with more urban characteristics of the well-known XRE 190, its design and features position it as an attractive option for those looking for a bike with an adventurous style, but geared towards asphalt use. Manufactured in China by Wuyang-Honda, a joint venture of the Japanese brand, this motorcycle offers an interesting package at an affordable price, according to Motoo.

With a price of 16,680 yuan, which is approximately R$ 12,7 thousand in direct conversion, the CB190X represents an economical alternative for those who want a model with Honda’s signature and a touch of robustness. However, for now, there are no plans to sell this model in Brazil.

Honda CB190X in Brazil: A Remote Possibility?

Despite the attractive design and proposal of the Honda CB190X, its entry into the Brazilian market seems unlikely in the short term. Honda’s strategy in Brazil primarily focuses on locally developed products, especially in the small displacement segment, with the exception of global scooters. The XRE 190, with its more off-road profile, is the model that comes closest to the CB190X here.

In Brazil, the XRE 190 dominates the trail and adventure motorcycle segment, offering features like long suspension and capability to face varied terrains. If the CB190X were launched in Brazil, it could bring a fresh air to the market, but for now, the focus appears to be on already established models.

Specifications And Features Of The CB190X

The Honda CB190X 2024 stands out for its single-cylinder engine with 16.3 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and torque of 15.4 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The bike can reach a top speed of 110 km/h, making it suitable for urban and intercity trips.

With a weight of 169 kg in running order and a 14-liter fuel tank, the CB190X is designed to offer a good balance between performance and comfort. Its 17-inch wheels are more geared towards asphalt, reflecting its crossover profile, despite its adventurous design.

Additionally, the bike comes equipped with ABS, an LCD panel, and side and hand guards, making it a well-equipped option for its segment. There is also a version with a luggage set, aimed at those who enjoy long trips.

What To Expect From The Honda CB190X: An Affordable And Efficient Option?

If you are wondering how the Honda CB190X would fit into the Brazilian market, the answer is still uncertain. “It would definitely be an interesting addition,” say enthusiasts. “But Honda’s focus in Brazil seems to be on other segments for now.”

The CB190X offers an affordable and well-equipped proposal, with a design that appeals for both urban use and small adventures. If the model ever arrives in Brazil, it could be an interesting alternative for those looking for a bike with trail characteristics, but with a profile more geared towards asphalt.
