The FIPE reference from July 2026 places the Jetta GLI at R$ 159,531. The brand new Nivus Comfortline, mentioned in the comparison, costs R$ 158,290 — only R$ 1,241 less.
The values represent quite different proposals. On one side is a used sedan with 230 hp, a large trunk, and various assistance features. On the other, a new compact SUV sold practically in the same price range.
At launch, the Jetta GLI came to occupy the sedan line alone in the Brazilian market. It also received new standard equipment, although the sunroof remained available separately.
A unit with this optional and special paint reached R$ 186,400. Compared to the R$ 159,531 recorded on FIPE in July 2026, the nominal reduction is approximately 14.4%.
