Land Frame: Opportunities and Salaries
The last selection process for this frame took place in 2018. The vacancies were mostly for Rio de Janeiro, but there were also opportunities in other states such as São Paulo, Amazonas, and Bahia.
And now for the part everyone wants to know: the salary! A mid-level professional can expect an initial salary of R$ 5,563.90. For those with a higher education degree, the initial amount is nothing less than R$ 12,739.70. Temporary Positions at Transpetro and How to Apply
If you are looking for something more flexible, Transpetro also offers temporary positions in the Sea Frame. These are intended to meet specific needs and have fixed-term contracts.
Transpetro, strictly following Article 37 of the Federal Constitution, offers temporary opportunities in its Sea Frame. The objective is to ensure a crew that meets the requirements of the Maritime Authority, thereby ensuring operational safety and the integrity of people and equipment.
To this end, the company maintains a curriculum database specifically for these temporary opportunities. Although submitting a résumé does not guarantee admission, it is essential for when operational needs arise that cannot be met by the Public Selection Process. Youth Apprentice Program and Internship Program
In addition to selection processes, the company has programs for youth apprentices and interns. The internship, for example, offers a scholarship of up to R$ 1,300.00 for higher education. The Youth Apprentice, in turn, offers a daily workload of four hours and benefits such as transportation vouchers and life insurance.
