With Inclusion Policies and Quotas for Black People and People with Disabilities, Transpetro Launches Three Public Competitions That Could Transform Your Career.
If you are looking for a job opportunity, pay attention: Transpetro, one of the largest subsidiaries of Petrobras, has just opened registrations for three new public competitions. And the news doesn’t stop there: in addition to a total of 207 vacancies across land and sea positions, the company is taking significant steps toward diversity and inclusion.
Details of the Vacancies
Of the 207 available positions, 154 are for land positions, divided into 64 vacancies for technical level and 90 for higher education level. For those heading to sea, there are 53 vacancies for officers, non-commissioned officers, and crew.
But what really stands out is the company’s inclusive policy. Approximately 20% of the vacancies are reserved for Black candidates, and innovatively, 10% of the vacancies are reserved for people with disabilities, a figure that doubles the minimum quota required by law.
