Sea Frame: Salaries and Benefits
Transpetro does not fall behind when it comes to the sea frame. The company held a competition in this area in 2017 and had around 10,000 applicants. An electrician, for example, can expect a salary of R$ 11,208.21, while a 2nd nautical or engineering officer starts at R$ 15,410.02!
Temporary Positions at Transpetro and How to Apply
If you are looking for something more flexible, Transpetro also offers temporary positions in the Sea Frame. These are intended to meet specific needs and have fixed-term contracts.
Transpetro, strictly following Article 37 of the Federal Constitution, offers temporary opportunities in its Sea Frame. The objective is to ensure a crew that meets the requirements of the Maritime Authority, thereby ensuring operational safety and the integrity of people and equipment.
To this end, the company maintains a curriculum database specifically for these temporary opportunities. Although submitting a résumé does not guarantee admission, it is essential for when operational needs arise that cannot be met by the Public Selection Process. Youth Apprentice Program and Internship Program
In addition to selection processes, the company has programs for youth apprentices and interns. The internship, for example, offers a scholarship of up to R$ 1,300.00 for higher education. The Youth Apprentice, in turn, offers a daily workload of four hours and benefits such as transportation vouchers and life insurance.
