With online classes and current topics ranging from artificial intelligence to sports sociology, the university opens a record number of positions in free courses for those over 18, with selection by lottery.
The University of São Paulo (USP) announced an unmissable opportunity for those looking to enhance their knowledge: the opening of 7,385 positions in free winter courses. The initiative, promoted by the Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences (FFLCH), will offer 92 fully online courses, allowing participation from interested individuals from anywhere in Brazil and abroad.
With classes scheduled to start on July 31, the courses are open to anyone over 18 years old, without the need for prior affiliation with the university. The selection of participants will be done through an electronic lottery, ensuring a democratic access to the knowledge produced at one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Latin America. Registration begins on July 21.
What Are the Courses Offered?
The program is extensive and divided into three main areas: philosophy, human sciences, and linguistics and literature. The topics are current and reflect ongoing research at the university, aiming to broaden dialogue with society.
