The initiative is the result of a partnership between the Department of Labor (SET), the Institute of Labor Development (IDT), the Cearense Supermarkets Association (Acesu), and the Ceará Without Hunger Program.
Ceará has over 700 job openings available in supermarkets. This is a great chance for those looking to enter or re-enter the job market. The Job Fair More Work Ceará – Supermarkets began today and offers 752 positions in various roles.

The job openings available at the fair include positions such as butcher, apprentice, purchasing assistant, deposit assistant, cleaning assistant, cold foods clerk, produce stocker, cashier, floor stocker, general services, guard, and loss prevention, among others.

The fair is part of Axis 3 of the Ceará Without Hunger Program, which aims to qualify and include beneficiaries of the program in the job market, helping families achieve financial autonomy. However, all workers can participate, regardless of whether they are beneficiaries of the program.
