The selection process for the home office consultant position with no experience requires a completed higher education, preferably in Administration. Although no prior experience is required, it will be a significant advantage if you have computer skills (word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, internet, email), writing, and customer service experience.

Those approved for the home office vacancies at Unimed will be responsible for providing support to clients, both individuals and corporations, with the mission of identifying their main concerns and reasons for dissatisfaction, managing cancellation requests, using argumentation and negotiation techniques to promote client loyalty and retention.

They will also be responsible for implementing action plans developed by the team, aiming to continuously improve processes and reduce the cure rate at the operator, as well as contacting clients who have previously canceled contracts, using a proactive approach focused on restoring their relationship with the company.

It is important to highlight that this employee is essential to the company, as customer loyalty aims to develop a trust relationship between the customer and the company, making it so that the person maintains satisfaction with the brand, often preferring to obtain products and services from the company before seeking another option.

Selection Process for Home Office Vacancies at Unimed

The selection process for the home office consultant position with no experience takes place on the company’s careers page.
