In the statement, the state company said that “After fulfilling the precedent conditions, the operation was completed with the payment of US$ 9,441,586.10 to Petrobras, already accounting for the adjustments provided in the contract. The amount received upon closing adds to the total of US$ 1,405,869.90 paid to Petrobras at the signing of the sale contract.”
According to the Operational Director of Imetame, Giuliano Favalessa, Petrobras’s divestments bring to the industry, especially onshore, expectations of new business opportunities that are important from an economic and social standpoint. “New companies can take over these assets with more flexibility and development vision, in addition to new suppliers and service providers.”

About The Onshore Fields Of The Lagoa Parda Polo
The Lagoa Parda Polo in Espírito Santo includes three onshore concessions in production: Lagoa Parda, Lagoa Parda Norte, and Lagoa Piabanha. Petrobras is the operator with a 100% stake in all three fields.
From January to August of this year, the average production of the onshore fields was approximately 113.5 barrels of oil per day (bpd) and 1.7 thousand m3/day of natural gas.
