New Distribution Center of the Logistics Company in São Paulo
According to the information from the Portal O Taboanense, the distribution center will be built on a site in Parque Laguna, on a plot along Avenida Castelo Branco. The project for the new distribution center is currently in the environmental licensing phase at CETESB – Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo. As soon as the licenses are obtained, construction will begin, with an expected completion date of 1.5 years.
The logistics company’s center will have 130,000 m² for rental warehouses. The agreement with the Taboão da Serra municipality also provides for the preservation of an environmental area with the protection of streams and springs. Road improvements and environmental and urban compensations are also planned.

The Transzilli Group, a logistics company from Goiás, has acquired the logistics and customs industrial hub in Espírito Santo.
