New Distribution Center of the Logistics Company in São Paulo

According to the information from the Portal O Taboanense, the distribution center will be built on a site in Parque Laguna, on a plot along Avenida Castelo Branco. The project for the new distribution center is currently in the environmental licensing phase at CETESB – Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo. As soon as the licenses are obtained, construction will begin, with an expected completion date of 1.5 years.

The logistics company’s center will have 130,000 m² for rental warehouses. The agreement with the Taboão da Serra municipality also provides for the preservation of an environmental area with the protection of streams and springs. Road improvements and environmental and urban compensations are also planned.

The logistics company’s warehouse will be built for rental to various companies, which can concentrate their distribution center there, with the “last mile” concept, which values timely and well-executed e-commerce deliveries.

Job and Income Generation in Taboão da Serra, Metropolitan Region of São Paulo

The mayor of Taboão da Serra stated that the city was chosen to host the venture due to its privileged location and the availability of workforce, leading to various roadway improvements, environmental and urban compensations, as well as the generation of income and 1,400 direct jobs.

Regarding job generation and increased revenue for Taboão da Serra, the city’s mayor said that he is tirelessly pursuing development and job creation for the city’s population in São Paulo.

The Transzilli Group, a logistics company from Goiás, has acquired the logistics and customs industrial hub in Espírito Santo. In the next two years, with an estimated investment of R$ 65 million, it is expected to create 100 new direct job positions. The group’s CEO, Osvaldo Zilli, said that the first part of the investment will be used to improve infrastructure.

The Transzilli Group is engaged in logistics and storage of frozen, dry, refrigerated, and pharmaceutical products and has acquired a logistics center from Terca Armazéns Gerais in Cariacica, Espírito Santo. Osvaldo Zilli mentioned that with the new joint venture, the region’s economy will grow as new jobs are created. He highlighted that the group’s clients have already expressed interest in understanding the tax benefits of Espírito Santo. Osvaldo also emphasized that they will play a significant role in attracting companies, generating new jobs, and boosting the local economy.
