School Secretary – SESI – Concórdia/SC
The position of School Secretary requires skills in public service, management of school processes such as enrollments, transfers, and certifications, in addition to document verification and control of school inventory. The professional will also be responsible for monitoring pending issues, executing the School Census, preparing reports, and issuing documents while always adhering to legal norms and established deadlines. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:20 PM to 5:30 PM and from 6:40 PM to 10:30 PM.
