Honda Promises More Efficiency and Less Pollution with the New B125 2025, But Is This Confirmed in Practice? A Simple Test Conducted by Automotive Content Creators Aimed to Clarify the Doubt with Two Experiments Using Just 1 Liter of Gasoline. The Result Surprised Even Those Who Have Tested Various Motorcycles Before.

Frequently, Brazilians claim that the Honda BIZ 125 2025 is the most economical motorcycle in Brazil. But does this hold true in practice?

The channel Cars with Tiago decided to test it practically. He brought two direct and simple tests: one at a constant speed and another with maximum acceleration. The result was surprising.

Test at Constant Speed

To evaluate the consumption of the Honda BIZ 125 2025 under normal usage conditions, Tiago completely emptied the motorcycle’s tank before starting.

Then, he added exactly 1 liter of gasoline.

The motorcycle’s trip meter was reset to accurately record how many kilometers could be traveled with that amount of fuel.

The test was conducted at a cruising speed between 80 and 100 km/h, simulating moderate riding on the highway.

At the end of the journey, the engine shut off due to lack of fuel, and the trip meter showed exactly 40 km traveled.

The interesting detail was the onboard computer. It indicated an even better consumption: 42.2 km/l. The difference was small but demonstrated a precision praised by the presenter.

Test with Maximum Acceleration

After the first test, the process was repeated, but with a significant difference: now the rider accelerated to the maximum the entire time, pushing the motorcycle to its performance limit.

Once again, the tank was emptied, the trip reset, and 1 liter of gasoline was added for the new journey.

The result was lower consumption, as was expected: 22 km traveled with the liter. Still, the onboard computer surprised with a quite accurate figure, registering 21.8 km/l.

This second result shows how much riding style directly impacts fuel consumption. When accelerating hard, the range almost halves compared to moderate riding.

The Precision of the Onboard Computer

A highlight from the channel was the level of precision of the onboard computer of the new B125.

According to the presenter, this was the vehicle that came closest to real numbers in all the tests he has conducted.

The first measurement indicated 42.2 km/l and the trip recorded 40 km.

In the second test, the panel showed 21.8 km/l, while the trip recorded 22 km. Minimal differences that were impressive.

The good calibration of the onboard computer helps the motorcyclist better track the vehicle’s performance and could be a differentiator for those seeking efficiency in their daily commute.

Final Result and Opinion

Based on the two tests conducted, the Honda BIZ 125 2025 proved to be a very economical motorcycle.

At a moderate pace, it managed to go 40 km on just 1 liter of gasoline. With maximum acceleration, it still delivered a good 22 km/l.

Furthermore, the trend is that fuel consumption will improve over time, as the engine adjusts after the break-in period.

This question remains open, but one thing was clear from the test: the Honda BIZ 125 2025 is indeed an economical motorcycle. And its onboard computer deserves praise.
