  • Complete high school, technical course will be an advantage;
  • Live in the region of São José de Pinhais- PR;



  • Plan guidance routines for field teams with a focus on the quality of maintenance carried out and the workforce training program;
  • Ensure that all module equipment is in adequate working condition for the operation;
  • Ensure the evolution of module indicators (mechanical availability);  
  • Ensure the evolution of training plans for the maintenance team and the workforce training program;


  • Complete technical training and/or Complete Higher Education;
  • Driver's license category B (desirable D);
  • Intermediate knowledge of office suite;
  • Consolidated experience in the area of ​​forestry maintenance;



  • Manage and develop the customer sector, serving retail segmentation, expanding customer registration and number of stores;
  • Participate in all alignment meetings defined for the role;
  • Develop the product mix of activities that increase sales results and profitability;
  • Monitor and provide consistent information regarding the financial situation of customers, aiming to support the feasibility of granting credit, minimizing the risk of default;


  • Higher Education Currently Studying/Completed;
  • CNH B – mandatory;
  • Experience and knowledge of the Commercial area;
  • Experience and knowledge in serving small and medium retail (food channel);
  • Knowledge of Office Package;
